Janice Yule
Janice Yule has been active in the strata industry for the last 19 years and carries out every aspect of body corporate management, specialising in legislative requirements and financial management.
Janice Yule holds a Certificate IV in Body Corporate Management and is a member of Strata Community Australia (Qld).
Janice Yule is highly respected amongst her peers, colleagues and clients and has a down to earth approach to body corporate issues. No matter how big or small the job at hand Janice’s efforts are sincerely appreciated by all who work with her or for her.
Janice is excited to be branching out with her own endeavours and is keen to ensure all bodies corporate under Yule Strata management are happy and harmonious communities.
Janice has been providing body corporate management services to the northern suburbs of Brisbane for many years, including Clayfield, Albion, Hamilton and Ascot.
