MEETINGS

• Annual General Meeting: Yule Strata ensures that your building is 100% compliant with the governing legislation. Every body corporate in Queensland must hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM) each year. We will work with your Committee to coordinate this on your behalf. Prior to your AGM we will call for committee nominations and owner motions. A representative of Yule Strata will attend your meeting, our office has a boardroom that can be used at no additional cost. Following your AGM we will prepare and circulate the minutes of the meeting.
• Committee Meetings: As part of our agreed services, Yule Strata will prepare and convene two (2) Committee Meetings per year (if required). Following the meeting we will prepare and circulate the minutes of the meeting. A representative of Yule Strata can attend the meeting at your complex or you can make use of our boardroom.
• Extraordinary General Meeting: At times you may have a matter that requires resolution at a general meeting, but does not fall in line with the timing of your Annual General Meeting. Included in our management fee Yule Strata will prepare and attend one Extraordinary General Meeting of your body corporate per annum. We will prepare and circulate the minutes of this meeting once finalised.
